    HI guys, im …
HI guys, im thinking on buying a new television, but actually im going to use that television on MY PC. In brasil all lcd monitors, includin 24″ are all that crappy TN technlogy, but we have top-notch IPS televisions with low taxes on sale here so i tought a full hd 42″ IPS- lcd would be better for a monitor on my pc than a regular crappy 24 TN. However, for playing games (low resposne) and my DARK room, plasma seen better. But i’m scared of burn-in when using windows. Suggestions?

    I personally find …
I personally find Plasma better overall, on most LCD’s you can notice how easily it gets so pixelated by something like simply switching a channel, Plasma doesnt have that.

Plus Plasma is De Facto superior for older retro games.

Try playing Final Fantasy VII on an LCD and you’ll see what I mean.
